Yeast Allergy Symptoms
What is yeast allergy?
Yeast is the fungi that grow in damp atmosphere as like other fungi that affects the human body. The candida is the fungus, which is responsible for causing yeast function. However, this fungus is already present in our body but in little amount. Other bacteria present in the body helps to prevent the further growth of the yeast.
However, once it gets multiplied, they can overwhelm other bacteria. The possibility of the infection happens in the moist areas of the body, mouth and wet areas in the skin.
Yeast allergy is the allergy that weakens the vital organs and immune system. Yeast allergy may be very serious if it remains uncured. It may lead to many diseases such as hypoglycemia, AIDS, rheumatoid, arthritis, schizophrenia, chronic fatigue syndrome and various other diseases.
Causes behind the yeast allergy:
There are two reasons to cause the yeast allergy. First one is when people become allergic with the food items such wine, beer, bread, cheese, dried fruit, mushrooms, peanuts, tomato sauce, soy, vinegar etc. The allergic condition to yeast can be found out if there is feeling of tiredness after taking bread. To avoid this condition the person should have to avoid the food product given in the list.
Yeast infection in the body known as Candidiasis, which is developed by the people is the second reason of the yeast allergy. Candidiasis is also known as thrush Candidosis, yeast infection, Moniliasis or Oidiomucosis. The infection occurs in the moist regions of body such as mouth and vaginal areas in women.
What are the symptoms of the yeast allergy?
There are symptoms of yeast allergy such as headache, itchy nose, sneezing, itchy eyes, nasal congestion, sore throat etc. Yeast is nothing but one of the mold that founds on the surface of the food and in other foods such as dried fruits, mushrooms, cheese, soy sauce, peanuts, breads that contains fungi. Even some mineral and vitamin supplements also contain yeast.
However it is difficult to determine the presence of yeast allergy as the symptoms appear like in other allergies. But the discharge of the white liquid from the infected areas may give the conformation of yeast infection. The conformation can be done if the white liquid gives smell like yeast.
The symptoms of the yeast allergy develop after some time of intake of food within few minutes or within an hour. Below are some common symptoms of yeast allergy:

It is not possible to clear the symptoms of the allergy once you have it, but it can be lessen them. You have to adjust with your diet and exposure to yeast sources. Below are some tips to avoid yeast allergy.
- Avoid drugs that contains penicillin
- Avoid sugar, preferably refines sugar
- Avoid left over foods
- Avoid red meats
