Meat

Diet Tips for Ulcer
- To avoid the overeating and hunger periods, take three small meals and three snacks throughout the day.
- Keep your mind relaxed during the meal, and chew food slowly.
- Take rest of 1 hour before and after the meal.
- Do not eat for three hours before bedtime. Snack taken at bedtime can result in gastric acid.
- Caffeine containing foods should be reduced from the daily meal.
