Stomach cancer develops due to some risk factors that make a person to be vulnerable to the stomach cancer symptoms. - Study Medical History: A patient need to be careful about the medical history that will help to prevent the symptoms of stomach cancer. Sometimes, heliocobacter pylori increase the chances of stomach cancer. Hence, the patient must discuss with the doctor about these types of infections.
- Avoid Smoking and Alcohol: Smoking and alcohol causes the risk factors for many types of cancers. Stomach cancer is also affected by these factors. Therefore, reducing smoking and drinking will help to prevent from getting stomach cancer.
- Green Tea: Studies have showed that green tea is an effective factor to prevent the stomach cancer. These studies have proved that the stomach cancer risk is reduced in the persons who are drinking green tea for many days.
- Anti-Oxidants: Anti-oxidants are effective cancer preventers, as they fight against the free radicals that cause the cancer cells. These radicals are also harmful to the DNA and cells. Hence, the diet containing the rich anti-oxidants will help to prevent the stomach cancer.
- Regular Visit to Doctor: It is important to have close eye on yourself by visiting the doctor regularly.
