Sinus Infection Home Remedies
Sinus infection can be treated by some home remedies that don't have any side effect and even they are not costly. These remedies include:
Vapors: A person with sinus infection should inhale hot water vapors regularly. This is a very easy and effective remedy for the sinus infection. But this activity should be done more than 3 times a day. This helps to make the thick mucus thin to improve the drainage in the nasal cavity.
Garlic: Garlic is used as an effective medicine for the bacteria and fungus. It includes the garlic capsules and garlic juices. As the sinus infection can occur due to the bacterial or fungal infection, it is a natural source to cure the sinusitis.
