Prostate cancer develops in the glands or prostate located in the reproductive system of a male. The prostate cancer tumor develops and spreads to the other organs of body such as lymph nodes, lungs, liver and bones. The side effects of prostate cancer include the difficulty in intercourse and urinating.

Causes of Prostate Cancer

The basic causes of prostate cancer are yet not clearly detected. However, there are some common factors that cause the prostate tumor. These factors include- age, diet, genetics, lifestyle, race, chemical factors and medication. Age is the most important factor affecting the development of prostate cancer.
