Causes of Dehydration

Dehydration is a condition in which concentration of the body fluids decreases. There are different causes of dehydration; some of them are described below

Exposure to environment

Diarrhea

Breathing also causes dehydration. When we expel air from the lungs moisture releases along with carbon dioxide

Some people do not drink enough water in their regular activities it can create many problems like constipation and dehydration
