Asthma Therapy
Asthma treatment includes different types of therapies that can provide relaxation to the asthmatic patient. Some therapies are intended to heal the problems of body, and some therapies are used to manage the emotional effects of asthma. Hence, these therapies help to make the person emotionally stable and reduce the chances of asthmatic attacks. It is an alternative therapy for asthmatic attacks. The salt contains the mukolyctics, anti-inflamatory and bactericide properties. These natural properties in salt remove the blockages in the respiratory system and reduce the inflammation in respiratory system. Salt therapy is known for its effectiveness in treating the respiratory diseases like sinusitis, bronchitis, allergies, coughing, snoring, stuffy nose and cystic fibrosis.

It is also necessary to be careful while following the step up and step down therapy. If it is done without the necessary precaution the gained control over the problem can be lost. Step down therapy no only provides rapid control over the asthmatic attacks but also helps to reduce the use of medications to maintain the control for long time.

Asthma attacks cause due to environmental factors, viral infections, smoking, fungi, hormones or sex. These factors vary from one person to another. Hence, the therapies should be used as per the condition of asthma.
